Why do we have to play the same team twice this season?
Our computer uses a special algorithm that minimizes driving times by sorting teams into divisions based on the zip codes of their chosen facility, therefore the number of teams in each division can range from 6-14. Because each team must play the same number of matches each season, in smaller divisions there may be one or two teams you play twice. Likewise, in larger divisions, there may be one or two teams you do not play at all.
I'm injured and need to withdraw what should I do?
Read Canceling Play and Injuries to determine if you should withdraw. If you are unable to complete the season, a link to withdraw is provided on this page.
Where do I find updates to my division?
If there is a "withdrawn" or "replaced" player in your division, an update will appear on the schedule. If you have difficulty reaching an opponent, check your schedule to see if their contact information has been updated.
What do we do when a team has withdrawn from our division?
If a team has withdrawn from your division:
- Report a "default" and receive 12 points
To report a default, select the default option in the scoring menu.
Our team is scheduled to play a "Sub" in our last week, how do we do that?
If your team is scheduled to play a "Sub" in your last week, your options are:
- Play any team in your division as a "Sub Team" any time before the end of the season. Use the "Sub Option" when reporting your score. Note: Playing a sub match does not impact your opponent's standings, points, or rating. It is simply an extra match for them to play.
- Report a default and receive 12 points
All scores must be reported by the end of season deadline.
