Pre-Season Cancellation
Cancellations made before the scheduling deadline will result in your league fee being fully refunded.
In-Season Cancellation
The most important responsibility you have as a player is to complete all of your matches. Please do not withdraw from the league unless it is absolutely necessary! When a team drops out, it creates a burden on the league and other teams in the division. The flexible format, combined with your Late Pass should provide ample opportunity to complete your matches even with a demanding schedule.
When To Cancel
Temporary injuries or unavailable for less than 3 weeks - Use your "Late Pass" to play the match late.
Permanent injuries or unavailable for more than 3 weeks - Try to find a permanent replacement player to fill the injured players spot as quickly as possible. To add the replacement player send an email to customer service and we will make the switch in the system. If you are unable to a find a replacement player, send an email to customer service to have your team "withdrawn". Cancellations made after scheduling deadline will not receive credit or be refunded for any reason.
How To Cancel
To cancel your play in an event, contact customer service immediately. Cancellations should only be done if you can not find a replacement player.
