Ultimate Tennis stimulates the tennis community like no other program. Our unique system converts casual players into dedicated members by providing a convenient, competitive and affordable forum to enter the sport. The league increases tennis participation by organizing the largest and most under serviced sector of the tennis population - singles players. Ultimate Tennis has a long history of working with the USTA, CTA's and other local leagues. Because we are a pure singles league and players sign up as individuals, we present no direct competition to existing doubles and team based leagues. In our existing markets, Ultimate Tennis has not only increased tennis participation in singles but every other local league as well. Most members play in multiple leagues and use our weekly matches as practice to keep their game sharp.
I think what you're doing is fantastic! I have been a member of a local country club for over 10 years and dropped recently because there was not an active singles league.
